Epilogue.
I own nothing but my fantasies.
"Cas?" Dean called from the hallway while putting down the bag of dirty work-clothes on the floor by the front door. To save some time, he had already showered and changed at the garage before driving home. Now he just needed to pick Castiel up as they'd arranged that morning so they wouldn't have to hurry.
"Babe, you ready?" Dean tried again but wasn't answered, and he walked to the bedroom, fearing the worse.
As he had feared, Castiel was sitting on the edge of the bed, face almost buried in the book open in his hand, only halfway dressed. The black slacks was still unbuttoned

I own nothing but my fantasies.
It took one week before Dean could really eat anything. It took Sam two weeks to get him to come down from his room. It took three weeks for the injuries to heal but four weeks for Dean to accept Castiel to really be gone from his life. The pain was still there, though. All of the time, unyielding and just as strong, not diminishing with time, it felt like it would split his chest open, it being so painful he couldn't even cry. However, it would probably never fully leave.
Their victory had died in a second there in the church. How could he have been so naïve to think

Dean knew Sam was hiding something the second he came through the door, just by the way he made a big deal out of closing the door after himself before looking up to greet them. Not to mention the way he carefully avoided meeting Dean's eyes even when speaking directly to him.
"How are you?"
"Fine," Dean shrugged a shoulder, "told ya it wasn't deep. You look like shit though. Where've you been?"
"In town." Sam moved into the room to sit down on one of the chairs, tiredly rubbing an eye. Castiel and Dean also sat back down while sharing a worried glance and their hands on

After ordering the angel to dry himself with the towel, Dean fled the room with the excuse of getting some clothes. After a minute of contemplating what could possibly fit an angel he settled with what he had, that is, except underwear, a pair of jeans, socks and shoes, a plaid blanket at top since no shirts would fit over the huge wings. And it felt considerably better being in the bathroom when Castiel finally got the jeans on, even though Dean’s jeans were a tad too big and too long it at least covered him up and kept him warmer than that torn tunic, which at the moment l

The day had started off normal enough. Normal in a sense that at least nothing supernatural had happened at start. The alarm clock had set off at a normal hour, 8 am, and Dean had woken in his own bed alone. He had a headache, but that was just normal considering he had been talked into going to the bar the night before by his colleagues at the garage. Yeah, he was hangover a Thursday morning, but that wasn’t anything out of the ordinary.
Dean scrambled out of bed and slammed the alarm clock off from doing it’s annoying beeping-thing. He took a minute to rub his face a

Third part.
I own nothing but my fantasies.
Dean woke as usual the next day to the sound of the alarm clock’s loud beeping. First he didn’t want to open his eyes and instead buried his face in the pillow, but right after that something hit him really hard on the head. Rubbing the back of his head in agony he sat up just in time to avoid another blow to the head as a large wing once again bucked and bristled when their owner abruptly sat up.
“Hey…” Dean started but had to duck when Castiel violently turned around to him with the wings spread, mirroring the face’s confusion and anger.
